This venue has fantastic staff, a perfect location just steps away from everything, and a great on-site restaurant.

We truly enjoyed this lovely family run hotel. The staff was really helpful and attentive and provided perfect services. The superior queen room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was a nice size with balcony. The breakfast served was excellent.

Well, Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

Location: the hotel was not far from areas to visit, the bus stop, and airport and public transport. There was Cuba Bar Hemings' Way nearby to grab something to eat.

I loved the hotel's spa area and exceptional breakfast. The room had a lovely balcony with mountain views, and the comfortable bedding provided great sleep. The proximity to transportation made exploring this city very easy.

We were immediately impressed with the excellent service at Hotel Himmelreich. They willingly changed our room for us so we could have a better view. Despite being close to the airport, we didn't hear any planes. The hotel owners were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They even provided a gluten-free breakfast upon request. Our room was spotlessly cleaned every day, which made for a truly peaceful stay.

The room was neat and tidy. The bed and pillows were comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast and thought the staff was friendly. The location near the airport was really convenient. We also liked the pond in the yard where we could cool off.

The front entrance looked uninviting and not at all like the online pictures. We were told that we could try a nearby restaurant for an authentic taste of local cuisine, but the food was very disappointing.
